Refund policy

At GenerationGaza, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusive Drop Policy
Items from exclusive drops, meaning limited pieces that are not part of our “Essentials” collection, are not eligible for returns. Size exchanges may be offered subject to availability.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law, covering defects present at the time of delivery.

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus at www.naevneneshus.dk or via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
